Instructions 
 

Cut pork into 2 in cubes.  Mix everything together and place in a cooking pan.  Set heat to medium and cook for 10 minutes.  Serve with lemon halves.  And you are done.  Easy, quick and tasty.

5 Cups of Water
1 red pepper (diced)
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp parsley (diced)
1/2 tsp achiote (annato)

Arroz con leche

Ingredients:

2 Cups Cooked rice
1/4 litre of milk
1/4 bar of butter
1 cup of sugar
3 oz of raisins
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp vanilla
5 oz Evaporated milk
14 oz Condensed milk

Preparation:
In a pot add mix rice, milk, sugar, evaporated milk, cinnamon, vanilla and butter. Cook at medium heat for 15 mins.  Add raisins and stir.  Cook at high heat until boiling.  Put in freezer for 10 mins.
