Costa Rican Spaghetti

Another dish that is really easy to make and popular in many countries is spaghetti.  As with most countries, people in Costa Rica prepare it a little differently.  You can follow this recipe or cook them your own way.  However, after you are done, I recommend to add Lizano to the ground beef mix.  I think you will like them better that way.
 
Instructions 
 
Place spaghetti in a pot filled with water.  Add 2 Tbsp of Lizano, 1 Tbsp of chopped garlic and salt. Cook in High heat for 15 minutes.  Drain the spaghetti and place in pan with 2 Tbsp olive oil and butter.  Continue to cook at medium heat for 5 minutes while making sure everything mixes well.  Place 2 Tbsp butter, ground beef, 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp chopped garlic, ketchup, 2 Tbsp Lizano, diced tomates  and salt to taste in a pan.  Mix well while cooking at medium heat for 10 minutes. Serve by placing spaghetti at the bottom and ground beef mix in the middle top and adding parmesean to taste.

1 Lbs spaghetti
1 Lbs ground meat
1 Tbsp butter
2 diced tomatoes
Parmesean
4 tbps olive oil
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp salt
4Tbsp Lizano
3 Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp Salt
