4 Tbsp Lizano
1 lbs Beef Stew
1.12 lbs yuca (cassava)
1 lbs of peeled potatoes
425 grms camote (yams)
2 green plantains (each cut in three and unpeeled)
2 corns on the cob (each cut in three)
1/2 gallon of water
1/2 onion (diced)
1 lbs Carrot (cut into 1 inch chuncks)
1/2 red pepper
5 Garlic cloves thinly sliced
2 tsp tomillo (thyme)
Salt to taste

In a pot, add water, beef, tomillo, garlic, red pepper, and onion and
cook for 15 mins at high heat.  Then cook for another 30 mins
at medium heat.
Add Lizano, yuca, camote (yams), potatoes, green plantains (unpeeled), corn, carrots.  Cook for 10 mins at high heat and for 20 mins at medium
heat.  Add salt to taste.  Let eat for 10 mins.
