Stuffed Tomatoes

                                 
I just came up with this dish and I really liked it so I wanted to share it with you.  It is easy to cook, looks great when served and it is really tasty.  Feel free to drop me a line if you like it.
 
Instructions 
 

 
Take the inside of the tomato out leaving the outside intact so that the tomato serves as a container.  
Place rice in a pan and mix with olive oil.  Cook at medium heat for 3 minutes while stirring.  Then add water, broth, tomato that you took out, Lizano and salt to taste and cook for 15 minutes.  When you are done, put the rice inside the tomato that was left as a container.  Serve in a plate surrounding the tomatoe with the remainder rice.  

Ingredients 

1 large tomato
4 Tbsp Olive oil
1 cup of rice
1 cup of broth
1 cup of water
salt to taste
1 Tbsp Lizano
